1. Of the instant lawsuits, the part regarding the claim for nullification of the plaintiffs' rejection of reappointment is dismissed.

2. The plaintiffs.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant is a school foundation that establishes and operates a D University. 2) The Plaintiffs were appointed as professors of D University and were reappointed or promoted several times. The term of the contract on March 1, 2013, which was two years from March 1, 2013 to February 28, 2015, respectively, was reappointed as social welfare counseling and associate professor, and Plaintiff B was reappointed as E and associate professor.

B.1) On October 17, 2014, the Defendant notified the Plaintiffs of the fact that the Plaintiffs’ employment period expires on February 28, 2015, and the procedures for applying for deliberation on reappointment, and the Plaintiffs applied for deliberation on reappointment to the Defendant around that time. (2) On November 6, 2014, the Committee on the Evaluation of Teachers’ Services at D University decided that the Plaintiff’s 2013 teaching staff evaluation scores for the Plaintiffs were 84 points, 65 points for the 2014 teaching staff evaluation (14 points for research activities, 26 points for educational activities, 14 points for industrial and academic activities, and 11 points for the 2013 teaching staff evaluation points for the Plaintiff’s 2013 teaching staff evaluation points and 49 points for the 2014 teaching staff evaluation.

3) On November 14, 2014, the Plaintiffs filed an application for review of teachers’ work performance evaluation. The D University Teachers’ Job Evaluation Committee deliberated on the Plaintiffs’ application for review and changed the Plaintiff’s teacher work performance evaluation scores in 2014 to 58, and Plaintiff B’s teacher work performance evaluation scores in 2014 to 55.
