1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 47,639,541 as well as 24% per annum from May 24, 2014 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) The applicable provisions of Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor”, respectively.
