Punishment of the crime
On April 12, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution on July 26, 2019 by the Seoul Northern District Court on April 12, 2019, for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (mariju).
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mepters (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), MDMA (i.e., one x clopon; hereinafter referred to as “x copon”).
1. On March 31, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, the Defendant purchased philophones and X-mail using the word word word “B” from the sales books of narcotics, etc. on his name, which he became aware of at least 2:00 the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government housing; and (b) purchased philophones and X-mail by means of collecting philophones and X-mail, which are concealed in the process of acquiring the said housing; and (c) keeping one million won of the price in the same place.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. At around 22:00 on March 31, 2020, the Defendant administered phiphones in such a way as to raise the volume of scamphones on the CMW car parked in the BMW car parkeded in the BMW car located in the BM car of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and inhales the smokes caused by heating the scams into the scam.
B. At around 01:00 on April 2, 2020, the Defendant administered phiphones in the above BM passenger car parked in the lower area than that of Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. On March 31, 2020, the Defendant driven the said BMF car without a driver’s license from around 18:00 to 23:00 of the same day.
B. On April 2, 2020, from around 00:30 on the same day to 03:30 on the same day, the Defendant driven the said BMW car without a driver’s license by Gangnam-gu Seoul and Seocho-gu Seoul.
