【Criminal Facts】
On January 27, 2020: (a) around 00:12, the Defendant driven a Drocketing car with the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.097% from around 700 meters to the front road of the same Gu, starting from the singinginging in the vicinity of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the front road of the same Gu.
Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
