1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 16,257,410 as well as 20% per annum from March 6, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. From September 1, 2014 to February 24, 2015, the Plaintiff, as indicated in the claim, sold the contact sealing, etc. to the Defendant and received the payment on the last day of the following month following the sale of the goods. However, the Defendant did not pay the credit balance of KRW 16,257,410 up to the present day. Thus, the Plaintiff is seeking the payment of the above price and damages for delay.
