1. The Defendant’s KRW 56,450,208 and KRW 27,214,405 among them shall be 18% per annum from September 17, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) The applicable provisions of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
