1. A person who intends to operate a meat packaging business without permission shall obtain permission from the head of the Gu/Si/Gun having jurisdiction over the location of the meat packaging business at each workplace;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, while packaging and selling livestock products at the 25th floor of the 1st floor underground of Seongdong-gu Seoul Building and at the 30th floor of the 25th floor of the 1st floor of the 25th floor of the 25th floor, without obtaining permission from the head of the competent Gu. Nevertheless, on September 10, 2015, the Defendant, with his own son E, ASEAN and F’s friendly G as an employee, removed the packaging of the product that had already been created by the packaging meat at the workplace of the above building and manufactured the packaging meat by indicating the distribution deadline at his own discretion for 10 days, 30 days, etc., disregarding the distribution deadline.
From March 10, 2014 to September 10, 2015, the Defendant sold livestock products worth KRW 1,399,540,578, on the Internet communications, etc., on which the distribution deadline, etc. is differently indicated.
Accordingly, the defendant made a false indication in collusion with E, F, and G on the packed meat of the livestock market for sale.
