1. The Defendant shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,249,782 with Nonparty B (C) as well as the full payment from September 24, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However) However, “creditor” is deemed to be “Plaintiff”, “debtor B” to be “Defendant”, “debtor B” to be “Nonindicted Party B”, and “Defendant and Nonparty B” to be “Defendant and Nonparty B.” In this case, in which the Plaintiff filed an application for payment order against B and the Defendant, the payment order for Nonparty B was finalized as indicated in the instant judgment (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
