1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,771,091 as well as the interest rate from October 1, 2003 to the day of full payment.

On October 26, 2004, in the Changwon District Court Jinwon Branch case where the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendants, Jinwon Branch case where "the defendants jointly and severally pay to the plaintiff 32,771,091 won and interest calculated at the rate of 19% per annum from October 1, 2003 to the date of full payment", and the above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.
After that, the expiration of the extinctive prescription period of the above claim was imminent, and the plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case for the extension of the prescription period.
