A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, who has interfered with the performance of public duties through a deceptive scheme, had a view to having a driver's license issued under the name of Dozant C in the situation that the driver's license will be revoked due to the excess of given points, and, on March 2017, entered C with his personal information stated C at the examination site of the driver's license of the Busan Northern Sea located at 367 Doo-gu, Busan, Busan, and passed the driver's license examination after submitting it to the public official in charge, and passed the driver's license examination, performance test, and road driving test.
Accordingly, the defendant, as a deceptive scheme, interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by the public official in charge of the fair implementation of driver's license test.
2. On March 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stated that the fact at the examination site of the driver’s license of the above Busan Busan metropolitan area is not C; (b) stated the Defendant’s personal information as C; and (c) passed the driver’s license test; and (d) stated that on March 15, 2017, the Defendant obtained a driver’s license of the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency in the name of Busan metropolitan area from a public official who may know the fact, and filed a false report to the public official; and (c) made a false report.
3. The Defendant is in prison with the victim D (n, 21 years of age) and 2 years of age.
On November 28, 2017, at around 12:00, the defendant's cell phone was parked on the road in the G K7 vehicle in front of the fact that the defendant was parked in the Gu, and the victim was born on the vehicle, and then the victim was brought to the parking lot in front of the studio building located in the Kugu, Busan.
The defendant will throw away the victim from his place to get off the vehicle at the place.
For this reason, there is no death.
The victim's clothes are teared and parked on the wall by threatening him/her to leave the string, cutting his/her left arms and fit his/her arms to get off the string.
