1. On June 2010, the Defendant forged official document: (a) obtained and kept a copy of the front and rear sides of the resident registration certificate C issued by the head of Seo-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, which was closed while cleaning the site office in the construction site of a new apartment located in Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; and (b) made it possible to attach the Defendant’s photograph to the Defendant’s resident registration certificate in the Defendant’s residence located in Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; and (c) printed it using a computer scanner.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a copy of C resident registration certificate issued by the head of Seo-gu Daejeon District Office, a document of public office.

2. Exercising forged official documents, forging private documents, and uttering of falsified investigation documents;

A. On December 22, 2010, the Defendant entered into a new contract for mobile phone service in the name of the Fund in the name of the Dong-gu Daejeon Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and submitted to the said F a copy of the forged C resident registration certificate as described in paragraph (1) as if he/she were duly issued to the said F, and then, the Defendant entered the new contract for service kept in the said place, the contract for short-term installment, personal information and location information, and the written consent to the entrustment of collection, use, and provision of credit information in each name column of the written consent to the entrustment of the collection, use, and provision of credit information in the name column of the “C”, “H”, “I” in each resident registration number column, “I”, “CJ”, and the bank name of the bank applying for automatic transfer in the name of the Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Seoul-gu, and “F bank account number”, “F, deposit note”, “personal information collection and delivery of each application form”, “C” and each of each one of each application form.
