1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from October 16, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

In full view of the purport of the entire arguments in the evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the facts in the annexed sheet are acknowledged as follows (Provided, That the creditor shall be the plaintiff, the debtor shall be the defendant, and the delay interest rate of paragraph (1) shall be 10.54% to 11% "," and the defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the plaintiff 100,000,000 won and the delay interest rate of 10% per annum as requested by the plaintiff from October 16, 2018 to the date of full payment.
