1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 41,286,734 won and 12% per annum from August 6, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Act No. 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed the Plaintiff, and the obligor shall be deemed the Defendant.”
