However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 28, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime in the same court on August 25, 2011, and issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime in the same court on March 28, 201.

On April 26, 2020, at around 21:46, the Defendant driven a “C”-based car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.057% from the 300-meter section to the front road of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D with a alcohol level of about 300 meters.
