A. On October 22, 2008, the Defendant borrowed KRW 30 million from the Plaintiff, and at the same time, decided to pay KRW 300 million between C and the Plaintiff in lieu of C, and issued and delivered the loan certificate stating the amount of KRW 30 million and KRW 300 million respectively to the Plaintiff.

B. However, on November 18, 2008, the Defendant issued and delivered the loan certificate stating the amount of 3.3 million won to the Plaintiff, the due date for payment, and the delay damages rate of 2% per month.

C. Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 30 million on the above loan certificate and damages for delay.
