1. Intrusion upon a structure, theft;

A. On August 14, 2018, at around 10:50 on August 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was the second factory of the Victim (State) in Gwangju Mine-gu; (b) went into the said factory by taking advantage of the gaps in management neglected due to the discontinuance of the factory operation; and (c) used the following vehicles, 8 lending and borrowing of 8,000 won at the market price owned by the victim; and (d) loaded 6 parts into the D E-T truck.

B. On August 15, 2018, around 15:50 on August 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the second factory of the above note C; (b) pursuant to the foregoing method, two boxes of storage of inappropriate goods equivalent to KRW 4,550,000 on the market price owned by the victim; (c) four replacements of parts; (d) one corrected work unit; and (e) five fresh lending units were loaded into the D Mt Cargo.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen property by impairing the victim's structure more than twice in total.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On August 14, 2018, at around 10:20, the Defendant driven a DNA e-mail vehicle without a car driver’s license in the section of approximately 3.8 km from around 11:50 on the same day to the said Section E-C from around 11:50 on the same day.

B. On August 15, 2018, at around 15:40, the Defendant driven a DNA freight vehicle without a car driver’s license, from around 3.8 km to around 16:30 on the same day via the said State from around 16:30 on the same day.
