1. The Defendant shall pay 2,245,200 won to the Plaintiff and 24% per annum from May 31, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
1. On March 10, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) on March 10, 2016, set the lending period of two years; (b) 91 days after delinquency to the Defendant at 2.3.3 million won per annum; and (c) set the Defendant’s lease deposit amount of KRW 34,708,000 against the Korea Land and Housing Corporation.
However, from October 26, 2016, the Defendant delayed paying the principal and interest of loans.
