1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,448,460 as well as 15% per annum from April 10, 2018 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of Claim: The plaintiff is a legal entity that carries on printing materials and wholesale and retail business of similar products, and the defendant is a legal entity that carries on printing and manufacturing business.
While the Plaintiff supplied printing materials at the Defendant’s request for a long time, the Plaintiff was denied payment of KRW 10,000,000 for a self-denunciation bill issued by the Defendant on September 28, 2017, and the self-denunciation bill issued on December 12, 2017 is anticipated to be refused payment of KRW 10,000,000 for the self-denunciation bill issued on December 12, 2017, and the Plaintiff did not pay the outstanding amount of KRW 14,448,460.
Although demanding the defendant to pay the above amount over several occasions, it is delayed.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 34,448,460 won with 15% interest per annum from the next day of the delivery of a copy of the complaint to the day of full payment.
