1. The defendant shall pay 22,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 25% per annum from April 21, 2007 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. A claim filed by the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff acquired a loan of KRW 22 million against the Defendant in the indication B of the claim (20 million, April 20, 2007, and delay damages rate of KRW 25% per annum).
