The reasoning for the court's explanation on this case is as follows: (a) the part on " alone," No. 5, No. 13 of the judgment of the court of first instance, is the same as the part on the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except that "the facts alone," and "the evidence No. 23, No. 25, No. 27, and No. 36 of the judgment of the court of first instance (including the number number), and the witness X testimony of the party witness X alone."
