1. Around 01:00 on September 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim C who was fright at a shopping district located in Goyang-dong, Goyang-gu; (b) attempted larceny of a structure at night; (c) discovered the victim C on September 3, 2018; (d) had the victim’s intent to steal the victim’s property by leaving the circumstances where the victim owned his/her food and clothing or cash; and (d) had the victim’s “E” office in the said shopping district; and (d) proposed the password of the corrective device installed at the entrance of the said office, in which the victim entered.

On September 4, 2018, at around 22:43, the Defendant opened a entrance and intruded into the entrance by using a password that he knew of the cret in the above office, and then, in the gambling room located in the office, there was a number of 50,000,000 won of the market price of the victim, 1 thirrts, 3.50,000,000 won of the market price, and 2.5 million,000,000 won of the market price.

B. The Defendant’s month

6. Around 04:10, the victim intrudes into the above office in the same manner as above, and then 20 million won in cash and 1.2 million won in the market price, which is the victim’s possession on the table, owned by the victim and 1.2 million won in cash.

C. On the 18th 22:50 of the same month, the Defendant invadedd the above office by the same method, and attempted to steal the property owned by the victim, but did not find any things that could be stolen.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd the victim's office at night, stolen the victim's property in total of KRW 24,550,000, and attempted to steals the victim's property, and attempted to steals the victim's property.

2. No person who violates the Act on the Regulation and Punishment of Criminal Proceeds Concealment shall disguise the acquisition or disposal of criminal gains and property, etc. derived from criminal gains;
