1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 59,94,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 21, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim: (a) the remainder after deducting KRW 5,00,000 from the remainder of KRW 64,994,000 that the Plaintiff supplied to the Defendant from June 15, 2017 to July 25, 2017, the Plaintiff was entitled to receive KRW 5,00,000; and (b) the remainder of KRW 59,94,000 from the remainder of the claim for damages for delay; and
