1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,175,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 13, 2016 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff is an enterprise that sells and constructs floor materials at the seat of 13-2, B, Macheon-si, and the Defendant was the person in charge of the construction site B, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu.
B. The Plaintiff: (a) performed construction on the floor from November 15, 2015 to March 22, 2016 to the Defendant; (b) however, (c) paid the first construction payment, but (d) did not deposit the construction payment thereafter, and (e) completed the construction by means of a written statement of payment from February 19, 2016; and (b) completed the construction by March 22, 2016.
C. However, the defendant paid KRW 7,600,000 out of the total construction cost of KRW 38,775,000, and there is no intention to repay the debt, and thus the claim in this case is filed.
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
