1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 12, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on February 16, 2015, prepared a statement of payment (Evidence A (Evidence A) with the purport to pay KRW 27,000,000 from the Defendant to March 31, 2015 by March 31, 2015. As to the amount of KRW 27,00,000 and the amount of KRW 27,000,000 from August 12, 2016, the day following the date when the original copy of the payment order was served (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
