A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person engaged in driving a car in B B B B B B.
On March 4, 2019, at around 01:40, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.110% on the front of the dong Yagu Dog-dong in Busan, Busan, with a view to running the said car into the c hotel room on the surface of the shooting distance of the sea-going hot spring.
