The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
The facts charged of this case are as follows: (a) around 00:30 on October 24, 2012, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force by using the head and ear of the victim C (hereinafter referred to as 21 years old) who was seated in the “BPC” bank in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and was killed in the computer game.

Since the victim revoked the complaint after the prosecution of this case was instituted, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Articles 306 and 298 of the Criminal Act and Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
