A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On August 24, 2020, the Defendant: (a) on August 24, 2020, opened a gate that was not set up in the residence of the victim C (Woo, 69 years old) in Daejeon Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; (b) entered the house and intrudes into the house; (c) sought food in the cooling house; (d) however, he was able to drink food in the cooling house; and (e) he was released from the mash knive to the victim, and was not able to achieve that purpose.
Accordingly, the defendant did not commit an attempted theft of the victim's property by intrusion upon the victim's residence at night.

1. On September 9, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime of September 2020, at around 20:00, opened a gate in front of the “F” Mour G where the victim E resides in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and infringed upon the victim’s residence.
2. On September 14, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime of Sep. 14, 2020: (a) around 15:50 on September 14, 2020, 420 won in cash came to the front of the “J restaurant” operated by the victim I in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, with the opening door, and went to the front of the “J restaurant.”
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure managed by the victim and stolen the victim's property.

1. On September 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 07:0 on September 13, 2020, the victim L in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, was in front of Man, operated by the victim L; (b) opened the entrance door of the said female hall and intruded the victim’s residence with a view to stealinging articles by entering each room of the said female hall, which was not corrected.
2. At around 07:20 on the same day, the Defendant opened a door that was not corrected in each subparagraph of the above in which the victim N, a guest of the above inn, resides, and stolen 2,000 won in cash owned by the victim on the bed World Cup.
