(Provided, however, there is no assertion that the monetary loan agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendants is a loan for consumption with interest due date, the claim for interest prior to the due date is dismissed, and on the other hand, the statutory interest rate was amended on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, and accordingly, from June 1, 2019, only 12% per annum, which is the interest rate pursuant to the above amendment is recognized.
