A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,00, and by a fine of KRW 500,000, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

The Defendants are married couple.

1. Interference with business;

A. Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the victim's singinging operation by force for about 25 minutes.

B. At around 20:45 on September 23, 2012, the Defendants entered the place above, for the foregoing reasons, and rejected it. However, Defendant A, while having called “A”, Defendant A left the place outside of the singing practice room in which he was carried out by her hand and left the place outside of the said singing practice room, Defendant A, who continued to be seated in the stand, left the place outside of “B, B, and B” with the entrance of “B, B,” and Defendant B occupied Defendant B’s account stand outside.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the victim's singinging operation by force for about 25 minutes.

2. The defendant A who sustained an injury shall be governed by Article 1;
