1. On August 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obtained at or around 17:58, from an I bank located in Busan, K debit Card that the victim J lost; (b) obtained at or near 20:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the above victim, has embezzled the acquired property on his own thought.

2. On August 13, 2018, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 21:21, the Defendant paid KRW 20,000 of the fee for three hours in the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of Busan, using an automated machine; and (b) used the said fee by inserting the K debit card acquired as described in paragraph (1) and settling the said fee.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the lost debit card as above.
