A. On April 14, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with MMMMMMMMSSS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “MMMMSS”) with the factory buildings located in the 299-1 (hereinafter “instant building”) in the Gimhae-si, Gan-si, Kimhae-si (hereinafter “instant building”) and solar power infrastructure (hereinafter “solar power infrastructure of this case”) with the following content as the subject matter of insurance.

B. On August 17, 2016, at around 11:16, a fire (hereinafter “instant fire”) occurred in solar power infrastructure installed on the rooftop of the instant building, and the part of the roof of the instant building was damaged by solar power infrastructure.

C. The Plaintiff calculated the amount of damages incurred to the instant building due to the instant fire as KRW 4,277,517, and the amount of damages incurred to solar power infrastructure of the instant case as KRW 12,00,000,000, and paid KRW 10,526,214 to the United Nations America on November 10, 2016 as insurance proceeds.

With respect to the cause of the fire of this case, the main contents of the fire site investigation report (Evidence A 4) prepared by the fire station and the on-site inspection report (Evidence A 5) prepared by the police station are as follows.
