On May 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 14:26 on May 21, 2018, up to C located in Geumcheon-gu, Busan, and (b) up to 360,000 won in the market price of the Victim D (34 years old) management, which was kept in the display stand, the Defendant added one head position to the store that was put in shopping car.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
