1. The defendant shall pay 155,279,800 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from September 26, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. It is as indicated in the reasons for the claim attached to the indication of the claim (Provided, That the "creditor" is deemed to be the "Plaintiff" and the "debtor" to be the "Defendant"). 2. Judgment based on the presumption of confession under the applicable legal provisions (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act and the defendant merely submitted the original written objection to the effect that the plaintiff was served with the original original copy of the payment order, and the defendant did not dispute the grounds for the plaintiff's dismissal or claim, and did not submit any subsequent written response, and the plaintiff did not appear on the date for pleading, and therefore, all of the plaintiff's assertion was led to the confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure
