As to the above case, this Court is "the head of the first sentence of Paragraph 1 of the crime committed in May 24, 2013."

Reasons

Since it is evident that some facts of crime and the application of the statutes have been omitted in the above judgment, it shall be decided as per the disposition by ex officio correction in accordance with Article 25(1) of the Rules on Criminal Procedure.
