Punishment of the crime
1. Around June 2012, Defendant A took the role of a false lessor. D, as a false lessee, took the role of creating false documents necessary for the loan of the entire housing loan, such as a certificate of employment as a false lessee, a detailed statement of wages, and a charter contract, and took the role of creating false documents, Defendant A and the aforementioned D shared the loan of the entire housing loan from the bank that was entrusted with the loan business of the National Housing Fund.
On June 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) prepared a false lease contract with D concerning the above housing of KRW 611 Dong 902 and the above housing of KRW 902; and (b) transferred the housing to D; and (c) submitted an application for a loan from the National Bank of Korea attached with the aforementioned false lease contract to the employees in charge of the above branch loan of KRW 190,000,000; and (d) submitted an application for a credit guarantee from the Korea Housing Finance Corporation to the employees in charge of the above loan of the above branch around July 12, 2012, the Defendant was transferred to D with the false lease contract of KRW 190,00,00; and (e) submitted a false lease contract to the employees in charge of the above branch loan of KRW 902,00,00,000; and (e) submitted a written confirmation to the employees in charge of the above branch loan of KRW 15,130,012, under the name of Defendant 105.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, has acquired property benefits by deceiving the victim.
2. around May 2013, Defendant A and Defendants B assumed the role of a false lessor. Defendant B takes the role of a false lessee. Defendant B takes the role of a false lessee while soliciting false lessees and lessors. F takes the role of creating false documents, such as a certificate of employment, a detailed statement of wages, and a lease contract, etc., with the bank entrusted with the loan business of the National Housing Fund, and divide the loans from the bank entrusted with the loan business of the National Housing Fund into two parts.
