On July 29, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on July 29, 201, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million by the same court on September 19, 201, and on February 1, 2013, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced two years of suspension of execution for a year of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on February 9, 2013, and became final and conclusive on February 9, 2013.

1. Around 21:55 on January 16, 2013, the Defendant driven a B presson vehicle with the concentration of blood alcohol 0.127% without a vehicle driver’s license at a section of about 500 meters from the front of the trade name in the luminous-dong to the front road of the 7rd name security center located in the same Dong from the luminous-dong to the front road in the same luminous-dong.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant driven the B presses that did not subscribe to mandatory insurance as stated in paragraph (1).

3. The obstruction of performance of official duties and the injury of the Defendant: (a) on January 16, 2013, the victim D (the age of 48) of the police officer of the police box called up after receiving a report that the driving under the influence of alcohol was suspected on the road prior to 150-15 (the 150-15), was confirmed to drive a vehicle under drinking influence by the Defendant; and (b) on the back of the 112 patrol police box, the Defendant was accompanied by the C police box and was accompanied to the C police box two times on the ground that the Defendant attempted to go out of the patrol line, and the Defendant attempted to go out of the patrol line. On the other hand, the victim’s face was scambling down, and the victim’s head was set up against the victim. At the same time, the victim scam, scambling, etc. interfere with the legitimate performance of duties of the police officer on the drinking control by the said police officer; and (c) at the same time, a trend and a summary for two weeks.
