The reasoning for this Court's explanation is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the following: (a) there is no dispute over the instant case; (b) evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4-1, 2, 5, and 7-1, 2, 5, and 7-2 of the evidence No. 3; (c) the testimony of the witness D of the court of first instance; (d) the inquiry result of the fact-finding into the chief of the Korean U.S. branch office of the court of first instance; and (e) the purport of the entire pleadings, as stated in the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
