The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. At around 02:40 on September 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) expressed a view to the Defendant, such as “C” operated by the Victim C (hereinafter “C”); (b) under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant expressed a desire for the Defendant, such as “Chosing a day before the Defendant,” and “Shosing a snow” and “Shos,” and threatened the Defendant for about 10 minutes of the Victim’s life and body.
2. Provisions of applicable provisions to the facts charged in judgment: Judgment dismissing a victim's expression of intention not to punish a victim on November 22, 2019, which is after the prosecution is instituted under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act).
