Defendant

A (A), Defendant B (B, 'E', hereinafter referred to as 'A'), and Defendant C (hereinafter referred to as 'C', 'F', 'C', and 'C') dealt with psychotropic drugs (hereinafter referred to as 'clopon'; hereinafter referred to as "clopon") and clopon and kylphones (hereinafter referred to as 'hopon'; hereinafter referred to as 'hopon'), notwithstanding the fact that each person is a solar State residing in the Republic of Korea and is not a narcotics handler, they deal with them (hereinafter referred to as YBA, 'YBA').

B. At around 23:00 on April 10, 2020, the Defendants included a large amount of philophones into the glass pipe of the philopon medication (hereinafter “Wlopon medication”) at the residence of the Defendant J. A of the IG in the Dolju-si, and added the lower part of the glass pipe into the philopon medication (hereinafter “Wlopon medication”). Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to administer philops in collusion. 2) At around 21:00 on April 17, 2020, the Defendants inhaled and inhaled approximately 0.05 g of philops in the same manner as in paragraph (1) of the above paragraph respectively.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to administer philophones.
