When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 18, 2007, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership Transfer of Real Estate: (a) drafted a false guarantee under the name of D, G, and H that the said land was actually owned by the Defendant, on the ground that the Defendant donated the said land from F to the farmland members D, G, and H, despite that the Defendant did not receive the Defendant’s donation of the land from F, or own it for any other reason, at the time of Jinju-si’s house located in Jin-si (hereinafter “instant land”).

Then, around December 14, 2007, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for the issuance of a false certification under the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Real Estate Ownership to a public official in charge of false names in the Jinju-dong, who is the other party of Jin-si; (b) filed an application for the issuance of a certificate under the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Real Estate Ownership to the instant land

2. Around April 23, 2008, the Defendant entered the original of a notarial deed in a false entry and the uttering of a notarial deed in a false entry into the original of a notarial deed shall prepare and submit an application document for registration of ownership preservation to the land of this case along with a false certificate issued as above, and have the public official in charge of the above registration and the public official in charge complete registration preservation registration in the name of the Defendant, and around that time, keep a land register on which the above registration and the fact of such mistake are recorded.

Accordingly, the defendant made a false report to the public official to record false facts in the land register, which is the original copy of the authentic deed, and exercised the land register in which false facts are recorded.
