Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
Where the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On December 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 400,00 in the name of the national bank account (70601007079186) in the name of the proprietor of the said gambling site at the company bank account (E) of his own name; (b) deposited KRW 400,000 in the name of the national bank account (7706000709186) in the name of the company; and (c) “Imna” in the same manner from around that time to April 9, 2017, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 92, the Defendant deposited KRW 5,5120,00 in total.
