The punishment of the accused shall be eight months by imprisonment.
However, the sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 11, 2017, the Defendant entered to photograph a woman’s body in which the address is unknown to a female toilet at a place where the address is unknown, and entered the front side of the use side of the victim whose name is unknown, and opened the Defendant’s mobile phone (opphone 6S plug) under the upper part of the use side partitions, and taken a photograph of the victim’s cell.
2. On July 22, 2017, the Defendant entered a female toilet where the address is unknown, in order to photograph the body of a woman who sees a melting a altered female body in a place where the address is unknown, and entered the front door of the use side of the victim whose name is unknown, and recorded the aforementioned mobile phone with the front door partitions where the victim’s cell is sealed, and the victim viewed the melting side.
4. On December 9, 2017, the Defendant entered a female toilet where the address is unknown, in order to photograph the body of a woman who sees a altered female body, in a place where the address is unknown, and entered a change column side of the use side of the victim whose name cannot be known, and recorded the cell phone above, and the victim took the form of melting the victim’s melting side.
5. On January 2, 2018, at around 21:45, the Defendant entered the body of a woman who is considered to be melted in a female toilet located in the first floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C, and entered the front door of the use side of the victim D (n, 44 years old) in the victim D (n, the victim) into the front door of the use screen, and made a photograph of the victim’s melting side.
Accordingly, the defendant intrudes on the room possessed by the victims more than five times in total.
