1. The Defendants jointly and severally committed against the Plaintiff KRW 24,044,295 and Defendant C with respect thereto from January 22, 2014.
1. From August 12, 2011 to November 29, 2011, the Plaintiff was the representative in the name of Defendant B and supplied the electric pipe pipe, etc. to the business entity “D” actually operated by Defendant C, but the Defendants did not pay 24,04,295 won to the Plaintiff.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 24,044,295, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from January 22, 2014 in the case of Defendant C, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint as requested by the Plaintiff, and from May 3, 2014 to the day of full payment, from May 3, 2014 to the day of full payment.
