On May 16, 2015, at around 09:15, the Defendant discarded this garbage bag C (77 years of age) in front of the Man-gu Senior Citizens' Center located in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, 90-3, in the vicinity of the center for older persons, and caused the victim to have his left hand over the floor.
