(2) The creditor, however, submitted a simple written objection to the effect that the original copy of the original payment order was served, and that there was no content of disputing the plaintiff's dismissal or the cause of claim, and the subsequent submission was not made at the date of pleading without submitting a written response, and thus, the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
