A. 1 Status of the Parties C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”).

(2) On March 18, 2013, the Defendant was a company established for the purpose of corporate agricultural management to improve productivity by F and her husband’s G, and before its establishment, the Defendant operated the livestock industry, etc. with the trade name “H” as the wife of D, which actually operates C.

B. On December 13, 2012, “F” obtained a temporary permission for solar power generation projects between “J” and “C” on the installation of electric power facilities in the first place in the Jeonnam-Gun I of the Republic of Korea, with respect to the construction of solar power plants by the Plaintiff and the Defendant, and “F” on March 5, 2013; “F” provided sites, facilities, and buildings for the construction of solar power plants; and “C” installed a solar power plant at the place provided with the above solar power plant; “F is paid rent by leasing the solar power generation facilities to “C” for a given period of time, and at the expiration of the lease period, the said solar power plant construction contract was concluded with “solar power plant construction contract” with the content that the said solar power facilities shall be transferred free of charge from “C”.

3) On April 24, 2013, C entered into a contract with the Defendant to build a stable for the construction of solar power plants, and entered into a contract with C to provide design technical support and technical support necessary for the construction of solar power plants, civil engineering, architecture, electrical construction, and all of the construction works for the construction of a stable for solar power plants. 4) As between June 20, 2013, and November 12, 2013, the Defendant entered into a contract with DD architect (hereinafter “DD construction”), each of which provides services, such as design supervision, etc. for the construction of a stable for solar power plants, and DD construction files an application for a building permit on July 22, 2013 and a report on the commencement of the construction of a building on November 12, 2013. < Amended by Act No. 11982, Nov. 12, 2013>
