From March 24, 2019 to March 29, 2019, A served as the head of the trading establishment in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2nd floor D, and Defendant B operated the said “D” for the same period.
1. From March 29, 2019 to March 22, 2019, the Defendants: (a) provided that the Defendants engaged in the act of arranging sexual traffic by employing sexual traffic employees from March 24, 2019 to March 29, 2019, as well as arranging them to receive KRW 110,000 in cash, including making preparation against paintings, to E, female employees.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange commercial sex acts for business purposes.
2. No one shall advertise any business establishment that conducts sexual traffic or arrangement of commercial sex acts, etc. in Defendant B;
Nevertheless, from March 23, 2019 to March 29, 2019, in order to operate the said “D”, the Defendant advertised to arrange commercial sex acts, such as stating the amount by course and the female employees’ photographs and protograms and pre-contract numbers (G) in F, which is the promotion site of commercial sex acts, in order to attract customers, and posting comments on the business address, price, etc. by accessing the said site.
