A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B with low investment.
On March 5, 2017, the Defendant, at around 22:30, proceeded with the roads of the second apartment road 1-lane from the parallel distance to the gold light elementary school at an irregular speed.
At the time, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by reducing speed and driving safely by checking the right and the right and the right of the driver of a motor vehicle.
