On September 4, 2014, around 04:40 on September 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) aboard the bus in the bus No. 408 near the new active bus stop in Gangnam-gu Seoul, and caused the shoulder of the victim C (58 years old, female mobile phones) by the debrising away from the bottom of the bus; (b) on the ground that the victim gets aboard the bus and resisted the bus, and caused the damage to the liquid well, the Defendant carried the victim’s right neck by hand on his hand on the ground that the victim gets off the bus and resisted the shoulder of the Defendant’s shoulder.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim such as salt, tension, etc. on the part of other hand, which requires medical treatment for about 14 days.
