The 8/15 Games Promotion Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “8/15 Promotion Committee”) decided to hold a field of peaceful unification and a meeting for peaceful unification to urge the implementation of the South-North Joint Declaration, the conclusion of peace agreements, and the dissolution of the National Intelligence Service (hereinafter referred to as the “National Cemetery”). Accordingly, on August 15, 2013, around 3,50 members participated, the 8/15 Promotion Committee was on the front day of the peace and peaceful unification in Seoul, and around 2,000 members, from around 3:0 to 02:25:3 of the participants of the assembly, the Defendant was on the front day of the 2:5th century, and 3:5th day from August 15, 2013 to around 10:3:5 of the 10th day after the completion of the assembly, and the 1:5th day from around 3:50 of the 15th day from around the 10th day of the 20th century to the 1:5th day of the Republic of Seoul.

As a result, the defendant conspired with about 200 participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic of the land for about 12 minutes.
